One of the needs of the community towards banking is for the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage. Hajj financing savings products make it easier for customers to determine planned Hajj departures and assist in managing funds to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera Kroya offers a solution by having a financing savings product in the form of a loan to register for the hajj so that it immediately gets a hajj seat. The SWOT analysis method shows that the bank has strengths in the form of compliance with sharia principles, good reputation, extensive service network, and responsive customer service. So that by utilizing SWOT analysis, banks can formulate effective strategies to optimize Hajj bailout financing so as to meet the needs of pilgrims and strengthen their position in the Islamic financial market. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. The object of this research is KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera, members and customers who have decided to make Hajj bailout financing savings. The results showed that KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera Kroya gave positive perceptions to members and customers of the Hajj bailout financing savings which provided convenience and satisfaction in the registration process so as to get the Hajj portion. By using the method SWOT analysis to provide a clear picture that the success of Hajj bailout financing is highly dependent on the balance between the utilization of existing strengths and opportunities with risk mitigation of weaknesses and threats.
