The enrichment program isadditional activities given to students who have
met the learning standards, aiming to increase insight or broaden their
understanding of the material that has been studied. This study aims to analyze the
Implementation of An Enrichment Program in Improving Learning Achievement
In Class 10 Fijh Subject Senior High School at Modern Islamic Boarding School
Darunnajat Bumiayu. This study uses data collection methods with observation,
interviews and documentation. This study uses qualitative analysis techniques that
focus on describing an event that has occurred at the time the research was
conducted. The results of this study indicate that the enrichment program has a
significant positive impact on improving student learning achievement, especially
in the subject of fiqh. This structured program has succeeded in providing a deeper
understanding, allowing students to apply knowledge in everyday life. In addition,
this program is effective in increasing learning motivation through various methods,
so that students are more interested and enthusiastic in learning the material.
In addition to improving academic achievement, enrichment programs also play an
important role in helping students overcome learning difficulties. With additional
guidance, students are able to understand difficult concepts and improve their
weaknesses, which is reflected in the increase in class average scores. This study
recommends further development of enrichment programs to ensure improvements
in the quality of education and student learning outcomes, as well as to create
equitable learning for all students.
